Strength exercises allow you to measure the maximum strength of your pelvic floor muscle contractions for each session. At the beginning of each session, the app measures the strength of your pelvic floor and adjusts the level of the day's exercises accordingly.

After your endurance exercises, you'll be able to clench the muscles of your pelvic floor for several seconds. These exercises stimulate the slow-twitch fibers of the pelvic floor muscles which are triggered when you laugh out loud or carry a heavy load (for example).
